- International renters must have a valid International Driving Permit
2. Required Documentation
- Valid Government-Issued ID - Passport, National ID, or equivalent
- Driver's License - Must be valid and not expired
- Profile Photo - Clear, recent photo of yourself
- Birth Certificate - Copy for age verification purposes
- Email Address - Valid and accessible email
- Complete Address - Current residential address
3. Document Verification
- All uploaded documents will be verified by our admin team
- Verification typically takes 1-3 business days
- You will be notified once your account is verified
- False or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account ban
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
- Keep your contact information and documents up to date
5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Rental Obligations
- You must follow all rental terms specified by car owners
- You are financially responsible for any damage to rented vehicles
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received
- All traffic violations during rental are your responsibility
7. Platform Fees
- Platform service fees apply to all rentals
- Insurance fees may be added for your protection
- All fees will be clearly displayed before booking confirmation
8. Prohibited Activities
- Using false identity or fraudulent documents
- Subletting or sharing rented vehicles
- Using vehicles for illegal activities
- Attempting transactions outside the platform
9. Account Suspension
- Accounts may be suspended for policy violations
- Repeated violations may result in permanent ban
- You have the right to appeal any suspension decision
