How do I register as a car owner?

Click "List Your Car" on the homepage, create an account with the Car Owner role, and follow the listing process. You'll need vehicle photos, registration papers, and valid ID.

How long does account verification take?

Typically 24-48 hours. Our admin team reviews all submitted documents including government ID, driver's license, and birth certificate.

What if a car is damaged during my rental?

Report any damage or accident immediately through our safety email. Document everything with photos. Insurance coverage and liability are detailed in our Terms & Conditions.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Cancellation 48+ hours before pickup gets a full refund. 24-48 hours gets 50%. Less than 24 hours gets no refund. See our full cancellation policy.

What are the platform fees?

A service fee (15%) and insurance fee (5%) are added to the owner's base rental price. All fees are shown before you confirm a booking.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

You'll need a valid government ID, a driver's license (held for at least 2 years), a birth certificate for age verification, and a profile photo. You must be at least 21 years old.
